Dyeing: Processing facility with PLC-Controlled dyeing machines for yarn dyeing and soft flow dyeing machines for terry fabric dyeing. A high-tech Reverse Osmosis Plant with multi-effect evaporators has been installed to achieve zero-discharge of process efficients.
Treatment Plant: Allows for the reuse of water for manufacturing, minimizing the impact on rivers, vegetation, and wildlife living in the surrounding area.
Weaving: With diverse functional looms, including the latest electronic jacquard looms and terry dobby looms, we are capable of creating a verity of innovative designs. Including weaving wide-width fabrics up to 330 cm.
Finishing: A comprehensive finishing section, equipped with steam ironing, vacuum packing and metal detection facilities. We also have a well-equipped laboratory and testing facilities.
